Designed by Vaness Wu, these chunky reconstructed converse style shoes were pretty interesting from the moment I saw them. I had been looking at Feng Chen Wan and Mihara converse as well and these became available. They were sold out rather quick and people were flipping them for around 5-600$. I was aware of him after a friend met him at a Greg Lauren event as he’s a fan of the brand. The shoes were recently featured as the footwear during the recent Yohji Yamamoto Women’s Runway. They feature cork under the sole for an extra comfy feel as well as exterior size labels and misplaced midsoles.
