This whole collection and runway featured decorative ruffles similar to those of old shirts under tuxedos at formal events. It’s a style of decorative stitching that has gone out of style since the old days but of course CDG would bring it back up and try to work the technique into modern pieces as strangely as possible. Seen here are a pair of light wool shorts made in a trouser style material, decorated with black ruffles on the front.
