From Hedi Slimane’s time at Dior in which he began to flesh out a look that would make him a name in menswear. The slimming out of classic silhouettes that he eventually brought to Saint Laurent began at Dior Homme. Elton John was a fan of Hedi at the time saying menswear changed too quickly and went out of style by next season but Hedi had a look that was his and that was wearable for long periods of time.
