2001 N.E.R.D. Camo Hat

One of the first iterations of the famous N.E.R.D. Logo hat. N.E.R.D. was a multi-talented rap group formed in 1999 by Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo along with friend Shay Haley. They had been producing music as the Neptunes since 1992 when they had been signed after a high school talent show. They’re behind a lot of your favorite classic rap/r&b/pop songs catchy melodies, especially Pharrell who was everywhere, especially with Nigo of Bape, which eventually led to him making BBC Ice Cream. This hat was one of the early designs and products produced after they dropped their first album, In Search Of... in 2001.
