This is a Gaultier chain made of layered lengths and thicknesses of chains all hooked to one major core. The wallet chain was an old school item that was appropriated into rave outfits with dangling chains on wild pants to add more accessorizing to an outfit, the finish on the metal also provided for some grungy accessorizing.
