General Research has been known for their pockets on nearly everything, generally because they’re very utility functions purposed, so this shirt with hits 3M highlight fits perfectly.
In 1993 Kobayashi Setsumasa created General Research, but has been renamed several times to fit the activity intended of the clothing, most recently mountain research to reflect his love for the outdoors. The mountain research collections are designed when the designers retreat Tokyo to the mountains for each season’s designs. Ever since General Research the lines have been utilitarian and militant for the most part with references to politics and even old punk movements.
